1. USPS provides a money-back guarantee for Priority Mail EXPRESS postage for mail that was not delivered by the guaranteed service arrival time. (Even if the delivery were five minutes past the scheduled delivery time, you would be entitled to a full refund for postage paid.) The guaranteed arrival time is printed on the USPS receipt.
Note: If your Priority EXPRESS Mail package is not delivered by the guaranteed service arrival time, you can apply for a refund for Priority EXPRESS Mail postage at your local post office in accordance with USPS rules. 3. Hand-delivering your shipment to the post office counter ensures your Overnight Priority EXPRESS Mail is immediately scanned into the system, starting the guaranteed delivery service clock. Overnight delivery is guaranteed to most zip codes if your package has been scanned into the USPS system no later than 13:40 Sequim, WA time; otherwise, delivery is guaranteed in two business days.
